What is the maximum shipping times?

The maximum delivery time will be 14 business days for West Malaysia and 30 business days for East Malaysia (not include 2-10 day processing time).

How are shipping costs calculated?

Currently we will provide Free Tracked Shipping to all items in the shop.

Tracking Number Result “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE” 

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on their system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described. 

Can I request refund? 

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping in 30 days.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

How to request refund? 

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (14 business days for West Malaysia and 30 business days for East Malaysia) has expired.
